Shipping & Return Policy
This Shipping & Return Policy applies to all orders placed on yodhanutrition.com ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy is issued in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• You will receive an order confirmation and, once dispatched, a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• Orders placed on Saturday after 5:00 PM, on Sunday, or on a public holiday will begin processing on the next working day.
1.2 Delivery Timelines
• Metro cities: typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: typically 5–8 business days after dispatch.
• Remote or restricted pin codes may take longer, and courier serviceability at your pin code will be confirmed at checkout.
These timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, strikes, regulatory checks, or other events beyond our control are not our responsibility, though we will assist in tracking and resolving such delays wherever possible.
1.3 Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders above ₹499.
• A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹499, shown at checkout before payment.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most serviceable pin codes; a COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
1.4 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the link sent to you, or by contacting us at support@yodhanutrition.com or via WhatsApp at +91 99999 99999 with your order number.
1.5 Failed or Delayed Delivery
• Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
• If a package is undeliverable after multiple courier attempts and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund of the product value, at our discretion.
2. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, applicable only in the situations listed below. Because our products are consumable health and nutrition supplements, we cannot accept returns simply due to change of mind, and requests must be raised within this window with photo/video evidence where applicable.
2.2 Returns Are Accepted For
• Products received damaged, leaking, or broken in transit.
• Wrong product, wrong variant, or wrong quantity delivered.
• Missing items from your order.
• Manufacturing defects or a sealed/tamper-evident seal that is already broken on arrival.
• Product received close to or past its expiry date.
2.3 Returns Are Not Accepted For
• Products that have been opened, used, or have a broken safety seal (except where the item itself is defective).
• Change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, or dissatisfaction with results, since supplement efficacy varies by individual.
• Products purchased from any unauthorised third-party seller or reseller.
• Requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Products without original packaging, invoice, or labels.
2.4 How to Request a Return

Please share your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps, including pickup arrangements where applicable.
2.5 Refunds
• Once a returned product is received and inspected (typically 3–5 business days after we receive it), you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI; you may be asked to share your bank/UPI details.
• Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item).
• Where a product qualifies under our results-based assurance mentioned on the site, terms for such refunds will be communicated separately in writing and are subject to verification of correct product usage.
2.6 Replacements
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will generally offer a free replacement as the first option. If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a full refund will be issued instead.
2.7 Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled; you may refuse delivery or initiate a return as per this policy once received.
